Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account or specifically your gameplay data. Please choose a method below:

Method 1: Request via Web (No app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, you can initiate a request via email. You may choose to delete your entire account or just your gameplay data (progress and scores).

Note: Requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once complete.

Method 2: In-App Deletion (Immediate)

For the fastest results, use the settings menu inside the app:

• Open Sudoku City.
• Go to Settings.
• Under Account Management, you will find two options:
  • Delete Data Only: Wipes progress and scores but keeps your login.
  • Delete Account: Permanently removes everything.

What data is removed?

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion unless required by law for financial or regulatory compliance.
